I'm taking part in the Fylde Memory Walk on 7 October to raise money for Trinity Hospice.

Trinity provide palliative and end of life care for Fylde residents and are largely dependent upon donations to continue their fantastic work.

Pat was in the hospice for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year '22 and I was then supported in caring for Pat at home by the Trinity Hospice at Home team until she sadly died in April. The level of compassion and care shown by everybody at Trinity was truly magnificent. Their professionalism helped my family through the darkest of times.
