The boys were super keen to do their own triathlon after seeing Emily’s mum complete her 1st one! We searched and found the Superhero Tri at our local Dorney lake which looked great - this is a tough ask made harder given Emily will complete it with us! We are a team of 6 with Emily as our superhero.

Emily’s Dad will pull Emily 150m in the swim in a Kayak whilst the rest of the team (Maxi, Max, Kelly & Suria) will swim nearby singing nursery rhymes to keep Emily safely in the boat!

Next is the 3km bike ride with Dad pulling Emily in her trailer, and finally a 1km run with Emily in her special needs buggy! We have been training hard at Bray lake and are excited and a little nervous that the event is nearly upon us!!
