Making Waves for Level Water – Our 6km Aune Estuary Swim!

We are four like-minded mums who share a love of open-water swimming, taking on challenges, and—let’s be honest—catching up over a prosecco (or five!). When we’re not juggling the chaos of family life, we find our escape in the water, pushing our limits, and embracing the thrill of adventure together.

Our next big challenge? Swimming 6km down the Aune Estuary as part of the Bantham Swoosh event in July 2025. That’s a huge 6,000 metres of open water swimming!

We’re doing this not just for the love of the water, but to raise funds for Level Water, a charity that transforms the lives of children with disabilities through swimming.

For us, swimming is freedom, joy, and confidence-building—something every child should have the chance to experience. Level Water makes this possible by providing specialist one-to-one swimming lessons for children with disabilities, helping them learn to swim and thrive in the water.
