I am taking part in the Lakeland 100 Ultra on the weekend of the 26th July with colleagues. This will be a massive personal challenge which we hope to complete within the 40 hour cut off! The event consists of a 105 mile loop around the lakes starting at Coniston and taking in at total of over 6500 metres ascent.

We are raising funds to support the Police Treatment Centres which rely on donations to provide physical and psychological treatment to serving and retired officers.
