Edinburgh to Rome, on bikes, in the winter… Supporting the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation
Hi all, Keith here. I am part of, and managing, the ‘International Roaming Bundle’ team, who are joining more than 20 other teams cycling from the iconic Murrayfield Rugby Stadium in Edinburgh all the way to the beautiful Piazza Navona in Rome. It's for a really important cause: supporting the fight against Motor Neurone Disease with the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation.

The “All Roads Lead to Rome” challenge, set by Rob Wainwright OBE, is the biggest set by the former Scotland captain and Lion and will push us and our support team to their limits, and beyond.
But…
These will be insignificant compared to the challenges faced every day by those impacted by MND. The Team recognises there will be times their physical and mental health will be tested over the nine days, but know this is nothing like the struggles those with MND live with… and will continue to do so until we find a cure.
We have a great team for the ride of mixed ages and pace and we’re really proud that our team includes Ben, Doddie’s youngest. We’ll try and keep you updated as we work our way from Edinburgh through Scotland, England, France and Italy (we’re dodging the Alps as we’re riding in winter, but there’s plenty of bumps for us to ride over) and share our journey, smiles and tears!
Please, please give - it would help us enormously in our quest to drum up support for the My Name’5 Doddie foundation and raise money for the MND cause!
