Story

Teenage Cancer Trust is one of Dumball Rally 2025’s chosen charities and teams will be raising money for young people with cancer.

The 2025 Dumball Rally will see a band of intrepid fundraisers take a fleet of old bangers to Majorca, in full fancy dress, covering over 4000km in 7 days.

It’s a carnival of mayhem on wheels - a true test of idiocy and endurance!

Why the Cobalt Cavaliers? All 4 team members have worked together over the last 40 yrs. we all swore our allegiance to the Queen and are gallant gentleman. Having all retired we have decided to embark on this adventure across Europe raising money for a worthy cause.

Team member Keith in 2017 took part in the Dumball rally across India with his 3 cousins as Cricketers United raising over £18,000. Sadly in 2021 one of the cousins Steven Clark passed away suddenly. Steven was infamous on the 2017 rally for his wonderful larger than life character and was loved by all who took part . The cobalt Cavaliers dedicate their adventure in 2025 to the memory of Steven Clark . ❤️

All for one and one 4 All.

Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words you have cancer. Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing the specialised nursing care and support they need to get through it.

Cancer doesn't just devastate a young persons health. It threatens to take away everything they care about their identity, their independence, and their dreams.

Teenage Cancer Trust fund specialist nurses, youth support teams and hospital units within the NHS to provide the very best care and support during treatment and beyond, making sure cancer doesn't stop young people living their lives.
