I do intermittent fasting for the health benefits and as part of Dr Gundry's Plant Paradox programme. I am doing a 72 hour fast to raise money for Amelie Burns Tree of Hope Campaign.

I have an integrated insulin system for Diabetes Type 1 that will pick up the algorithm of my fasting and will adjust my insulin accordingly. I might have to stop until it does this and restart for the 72 hour fast. Please don't do with research and medical advice!

I allow myself nicorrette gum, water, black tea and coffee and my tablet vitamins only during fasting.
