Not quite sure what I'm getting myself into taking part in this ridiculously tough & muddy outdoor obstacle course race with my workmates to raise money for Mind, a wonderful charity dedicated to helping people with mental health issues. The company I work for will amazingly match each donation up to £250, potentially doubling my target to £500!

I'm booked in for a gig later that evening after the race, & the next day (send help!) I'd like to say I'm fit, but the only working out I do are the dog walks & school runs with an occasional stretch and squat here and there 😳 If you can spare a few bob to a wonderful cause today, please do.
