This year should have been Claudia's 10th birthday, but I can't buy her any presents or throw her a party, so instead I thought I would try to do something significant in her memory.

This year I would like to take the money raised in Claudia's memory since 2016 to over £10,000 to mark her 10th birthday and to do that I am going to take part in as many events as possible. These events will include the Lincoln 10km Run, Woodhall Spa 10km Run, The Great North Run 2024, Lincoln Santa Run and some other events in-between.

Nothing is going to make this year any easier or take away the pain, but perhaps the money I raise can help support Meningitis Now to spread awareness, help those who have survived Meningitis and those left behind, just as they continue to support us.
