MindSpace is a local charity founded by a Stamford GP and dedicated to improving the wellbeing of the whole town of Stamford, helping people to flourish. They provide a safe space and a listening ear for those who need it, and a whole host of activities based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, free of charge and open to everyone.

MindSpace depends on donations and fundraising to keep their doors open and activities accessible to all. I'm fundraising for them to ensure that the people of Stamford continue to have free access to this amazing organisation.

I volunteer once a week at Mindspace Connect - an after work group so you can chat about your day!
