This year, all four of us wanted to take on a personal challenge, so we're headed to Wales to compete in 'Racing the Sun'.
We're training hard for the race while also raising funds for a wonderful children's charity, and we'd appreciate your help.
Our Triathlon style challange starts at sunrise with a 39-mile bike ride to the coast from base camp.
Next we change our cycling shoes for hiking boots it's time to embark on a 9-mile return walk along the Llanberis path, before our final ascent to the summit of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon)
Finally, Lifejackets on, it's now time to take on the final stage of the challenge!
In our kayak's we will work together to complete a 2-mile circular route on the waters of Llyn Padarn
We are racing in aid of children's charity, Action Medical Research. They have spent over 70 years funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children, and young people.
By supporting our team you will be helping to find ways to reduce premature birth, to support children facing a lifetime of challenges caused by disabilities, and to develop cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases.
Thank you so much for your support
