Story
Thanks for supporting my fundraising.
As you most of you know My dear Mum's Melanoma returned last year and as a family we have been on a rollercoaster ride of emotions along with supporting mum through her treatment and care. The Macmillan team & and all the staff at the Cove cancer support unit at Royal Cornwall Hospital have been there every step of the way and been fantastic.
2025 is a big year for me as I will be turning 50 so I have decided to celebrate it doing some I love running London Marathon amongst other things next year (more on that to follow) but what better way to celebrate than running for Macmillan Cancer Support so that they can continue to do an amazing job in supporting anyone who is diagnosed with cancer and their family.
We all know someone who has been touched by cancer beit a loved one, a family member or a friend and the additional help and support that the Macmillan team gives to those affected by cancer and their families is second to none. So please give what you can to support this amazing charity as it might be you or a family member that needs their help and support next.
Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without your help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs them.
