I am running my very 1st half marathon for the Heartlands Cystic Fibrosis Centre - a place close to my heart and my second home for most of the week!

I want to raise money to advance the care and support provided to a wonderful group of young people living with a life-limiting chronic condition. Major advances in treatment and technology are looking to give these people the best and longest lives possible - I want to ensure that all of those who attend our center can have access to the best care possible!

As many know I work as a CF dietitian at the WMACFC. My team of CF dietitians are hoping to fundraise toward a body composition machine. This will give us a more accurate picture of our patient's nutritional status and help us provide more personalised dietetic advice with the aim of keeping our patient's healthier for longer!
