Story

Throughout May and June, I will be fundraising for Norwich City Community Sports Foundation.

🥾 On the 18th May I will be hiking a marathon along the Norfolk coast

⛰️ On the 7th - 8th June I'll be climbing the UK's 3 highest peaks in 30 hours 💥

Every week this organisation runs a free 90 minute session to support people living with dementia. This is the only weekly support session in Norfolk.

They also run sessions that tackle loneliness and support people living with mental ill health.

Offering a community for people with dementia and some respite for their careers is incredibly close to my heart. My grandad passed away in 2020 and my nan in 2007 after many years living with dementia. I think about them every day and he'll surely be by my side during the toughest parts of the challenge.

Donating just £9 will pay for one person to attend a session at Duncan's Club.

The National Three Peaks Challenge involves tackling the three highest mountains of Scotland, England and Wales, starting with Ben Nevis in Scotland, before travelling to Scafell Pike in England’s Lake District and concluding with Snowdon in Wales, all within 30 hours. No time for sleep. Let's do this 💚💛
