MoveMomentum provide inclusive and affordable dance classes for people who otherwise might not have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of dance.

They run weekly sessions for wheelchair users, young people and over 65s. We are raising money to help allow them to continue the amazing work they do!

My Story:

I joined Liberate Dance (MoveMomentum's wheelchair dance group) more than 2 years ago. I had recently been diagnosed with a long term disability and was struggling to get to grips with my new reality. Meeting other wheelchair users with similar experiences allowed me to start accepting my disability and building my future. Since joining my confidence has massively improved and I struggle a lot less with my mental health. Thank you Liberate Dance!
