Momentum supports children with cancer and life-challenging conditions, and their families, helping them to cope more easily whatever the outcome. Working across London, Surrey and Sussex, they partner with ten local hospitals.

£5 could restock a hospital fridge with ice lollies and cold drinks to help soothe a child's painful side effects from chemotherapy. Whilst, £50 would help with hosting a support group, connecting families so they can share their worries and experiences, and make them feel less alone.

In recent years this incredible charity has helped my incredibly brave cousin who has been undergoing treatment since she was just 12 years old.

The charity have done so much for her and supported the family in many ways, from the support workers in hospital, art therapy, a Santa visit, giving a stay in one of their cabins when my incredible cousin was just out of treatment and much more. They provide amazing support in lots of ways for families that are going through a tough time.
