Woman's Aid is a life saving charity that provides free and confidential helplines, refuge accommodation, court support, and so much more to women, young people and children who experience domestic abuse.They have a network of 34 specialist local groups across Scotland and work with police, prosecutors, politicians and the children’s sector and further, lobbying and campaigning for more effective responses for those experiencing abuse.This is a charity very close to our hearts.We would love it if you helped us meet our fundraising goal to help them continue this vital work.We will be doing a 'dip' (swim) every day for the month of October and documenting as we go on socials if you’d like to follow along @positivelykatiee
