A mile a day for refugees

Challenge yourself, get fit and become an official Junior Refugease Responder this summer! Run ONE mile a day for SEVEN days during your summer break to raise awareness and funds for refugee children who have been forced to leave their homes.

Story

This summer, we've decided to become a Junior Refugease Responder, so we can raise money for refugee children fleeing war and disaster around the world.

To do this, we are committing to running 1 mile a day for 7 days during my summer holidays!

Please help us to make this summer count, and help refugee children around the world by sponsoring our challenge.

£9.50 will buy a week's worth of fruit and veg for a family of four refugees on the island of Samos, Greece.

£32 will buy 60 nappies for refugee babies trapped living in makeshift camps in Caen, France.

£42 will buy 28 pairs of kids underwear for child refugees on the island of Samos, Greece.

£150 will raise enough for 12 families (60 people) to be evacuated from the frontline of the escalating conflict in Eastern Ukraine.

£650 will provide 30 primary-school aged Syrian refugee children with a full-time education in our school in Zaa'tari, Jordan.
