Many of our group have felt the impact of Dementia on our families and our lives. As a group of friends we have done many activities to keep our mental health positive and talk through the difficulties and upsets that Dementia can bring. So we thought why not do a challenge and help raise some money to help a great charity who supports those families living with dementia.

We are walking from Plymouth to Bude- 63 miles in 3 days. We are dragging the boys along too, so hopefully not too much moaning on their part!
