I'm going to be wild swimming in lake in a 24 hour relay. Eight of us will each swim for three hours, at three times through the day and night. I'm not sure I've ever swam non-stop for an hour before, let alone three hours in 24 hours.

So I'm doing this for the challenge, and to be part of a brilliant team of women who are going cheer and challenges each other on, sleep in tents between our shifts, and generally try to get through 24 hours without collapsing.

We're raising money for Level Water, who provide one-to-one swimming lessons for children with disabilities.
