For a number of years Tewkesbury Allrunners have supported WellChild by travelling to London to be the cheer squad at the 13/22 mile mark. I have absolutely loved doing it as I know that it gives you a boost when you are starting to flag.

This year I’ll be the other side of the barrier and am looking to support Wellchild by raising funds for them.

Who are WellChil?? Well..

WellChild Childrens Nurses provide essential care and practical support to children and young people requiring long-term or complex care. They play a crucial role in enabling children to leave hospital and be cared for at home, reducing the practical, emotional and financial impact for families.

For those of us who are parents, I am sure you can see the real benefit this charity makes. But charities rely on donations and that’s where you come in.
