Event: Bolingbroke PA London Bridges Challenge Walk, on 24 March 2024
This year the Bolingbroke Community is going all out to raise the funds to re-build the Butterfly Garden and increase our outdoor space by 30%! We will use this as a quiet space outdoors, increasing well-being and inclusion for pupils and staff.

Story

Not sure quite how this has happened but Ophelia and I are taking part in a 15Km walk through London in aid of Electra's school. This is especially challenging because Ophelia badly damaged her ankle about 9 months ago and it will be putting all her physio through a massive test.

We are raising funds to build a new outdoor space at the school to support the kids' mental health and well being. It's a non selective school which does well educationally but has very limited outdoor space and opportunities for recreation. The plan is to provide a vibrant new area for the pupils to have somewhere to go at break time and for outdoor lessons and events.

It means a lot to us to raise funds for the school which was started by local parents just over 10 years ago and has been such an important part of Electra's and Atticus's lives. They will be cheering us on from the side-lines as they study for GCSE's and finals!

Please support us if you can, every little bit counts. The accountant in me has to say don't forget to gift aid! Thank You
