My Grandad has Dementia, so this is a charity that is very close to my family’s heart. Our favourite activities to do with Grandad are always around creativity – gardening, colouring, or a puzzle. I work in the creative industry and its amazing to learn more on how the joy of the arts can be used to enhance the lives of those living with Dementia.

Ultimately, I really hope this makes my Nan and Grandad smile, as I am very much a fun 5K runner and this is going to take some serious prep!!
