For those of you that don’t know, our beautiful Freddie was diagnosed autistic in June 23. Before then we didn’t know much about autism, and it’s only now we have an understanding of how difficult things are for an autistic person in a world and society designed for the Neurotypical.
The National Autistic Society strive to create a society that works for autistic people. They help to transform lives by providing support, information and practical advice for more than 700,000 autistic adults and children in the UK, as well as parents like us along with three million other family members and carers.
They work to change attitudes by improving public understanding and acceptance of autism and helping businesses, local authorities and the government provide more autism-friendly spaces, deliver better services and improve laws.
We’d like to raise as much money as possible to support them in the work they do, as anything and everything they do will only help Freddie and other Neurodiverse people.
