On the 14th September, I will be taking to the skies at Lancaster airfield and jumping 11,000 ft from the air to raise vital funds to support TLC: Talk Listen Change and their work. TLC offer a range of programmes and services that enable people to enjoy good emotional wellbeing and personal resilience. Some of their offerings include counselling services, family mediation, domestic abuse support, and community projects.
