This September, I'm running 100K to raise money for GOSH Charity.

Leo, our grandson has had many a stay and operation at GOSH, so I’m pleased to support them. Leo was born with a rare genetic life-limiting condition and has severe complex needs. Despite this he still smiles every day!

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support to give seriously ill children the best chance to fulfil their potential.

After completing C25K this year and now running approx 40K a month this is going to be a challenge for me to run more than double throughout September, so wish me luck!
