I'm participating in the hospice's new challenge event 'Trek Sahara' this trek will take me through the varied terrain of the Sahara desert, braving the 🐍 and 🦂 we are likely to find along the way. I will be staying in a tent or sleeping under the stars at night. Facing all the elements

(heat, wind, sand and cold) and creepy crawlies the desert might throw at us, I hope you will support me to raise much needed funds for our Hospice.

Last time I did a challenge like this, I vowed never again, but it appears I'm prepared to risk losing my toenails once more!

The Hospice is an amazing charity which supports people to live as well as they can for as long as they can. We aim to take some of the the weight off local people facing the end of life's shoulders so that they can spend their time focusing on what is important for them. It takes over £12 million to run the hospice every year and we need to raise over £8 million from generous people like you.
