I'm taking on the Bath Half Marathon to raise awareness for Leukodystrophy, a genetic disorder that affects so many families like mine. It's a degenerative condition that can cause a range of symptoms, from mobility issues to loss of cognitive skills. Sadly, there's not enough support out there for families affected by this rare condition. That's why I'm fundraising for Alex, The Leukodystrophy Charity. They provide vital support and resources to those who need it most.

Leukodystrophy has impacted my family in a big way - my mum is living with the condition and it's been tough to see her struggle. But I know that by running this marathon and raising awareness, I can make a difference for others who are going through the same thing.
