Molly, Fiona, Becky, Rose, Kate and Tanya will all be donning their funkiest trainers and fluorescent leg warmers on Sunday, 28th January to complete the London Winter Walk. We're taking on this icy challenge in memory of two remarkable ladies who touched our lives greatly, but who lost their lives to Motor Neurone Disease. Shiv Quinlan and Mavis Cassell were incredible souls who brought light, love and laughter wherever they went.

As we walk through the frosty streets of London, we will remember them fondly and hopefully raise funds for the wonderful work carried out by The Motor Neurone Disease Association in helping others who continue to suffer with this condition.

Anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated and will certainly put a spring in our step!
