Exeter Cathedral Abseil
Campaign by Exeter Cathedral (RCN HMRC Registered)
Join the abseil adventure and descend from the top of Exeter Cathedral’s Norman North Tower. We are looking for adventurous people to get involved in our sponsored abseiling event to help raise funds for the building of our new Cloister Gallery.

Story

I am not one for heights, so this is a bit of a challenge for me!

That said, the preservation and enhancement of the beautiful building that is Exeter Cathedral is a cause close to my heart so, in a moment of complete madness, I agreed to help raise money to help fund the new Cloister Gallery by taking part in this abseil from the Cathedral's Norman North Tower. The new structure will connect the Cathedral with the 13th century Chapter House and Pearson Building.

The potential horror of what I am doing will be greatly lessened by any encouraging sponsorship (great or small) :)

Eyes closed - and off I jump!

Thank you
