Power2Inspire is an inclusivity-through-sport charity championing the inclusion of those with disabilities in all sports at the local level.

I will be WEIGHTLIFTING for 108 days, performing 108 sets per month on the major muscle groups of Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, Chest and Quads.
Before I start I will be WALKING 27km supporting another group making a 108km trek across the Thames over the weekend of 10th / 11th August, for the same charity.
