Story

Well well well…. look at what the tide washed in..

Ka-RUN 2.0:

We’re back. Original gang +/- some special guest star runners. Lau, Han, Isaac and Al this year joined by Ross, Tom and Tilly.

Running the saucy Saucony 10K in London in July to raise money again for the Samson Centre for MS. The team at the Samson Centre are amazing and they have created a space where people living with MS can exercise and stay healthy in spite of their mobility issues, which is so important in helping stay ahead of their degenerative condition. When you get hit with MS it changes your life and for people who have always been active, it's crushing. The Samson Centre boasts specialist equipment and fantastic staff who are on hand to help visitors no matter how their MS affects them.

We're running for Karon - Al's mum - and all her fellow Samson Centre goers who love going down there to keep fit, support each other and have a cuppa and a crunchie!

Any support you can give us would be amazing! Lots of love to you all xxx
