Story
Right now, whether in Ukraine, Gaza or Lebanon, children are suffering due to conflicts and crises they had no part in creating. These innocent lives are being torn apart as they face trauma, displacement, and a lack of basic necessities like medical care. In times of emergency, rapid assistance can make all the difference, which is why Save the Children’s work is more critical than ever.
That is why I am using my Berlin Marathon on Sunday, 29th September, as an opportunity to support and raise £2,000 for Save the Children's Emergency Fund. Every donation counts:
£11 could provide a school-in-a-bag kit.
£22 could provide a family hygiene pack.
£33 could provide a food basket.
£54 could provide an emergency first-aid kit.
As I push myself to my limits during the marathon, I will be more motivated than ever knowing that every step I take is helping children around the world facing emergencies. I would greatly appreciate any support you can offer.
If you decide to support, please ensure to enable Gift Aid (choose "I’m donating my own money") to increase your donation by 25% at no extra cost.
Thank you!
