I'm taking part in a Culture Crawl for Maggie's in memory of my beautiful wife, Karen.

Maggies were of great support during Karen's treatment at The Christie.

Their advice was invaluable, often with hands-on help at the centre - a massive help. Maggies felt like a safe, calm retreat - supported by genuinely lovely people determined to make a difference.

Since losing Karen, Maggies continues to be there with advice and bereavement support, which means so very, very much.

As Karen once said, 'Maggies are ace!' :D

The support groups and courses available at Maggies, help people who need support after losing a loved one to cancer.
