I know I said never again but here I am running the London Marathon on the 27th April 2025 for the 5th time.

This year I am running for St John’s Ambulance. This brilliant charity are on hand to assist at so many running events I have been to.

They were there to assist me after my first marathon in 2016 when I couldn’t breathe properly after crossing the finishing line. The volunteer recognised straight away that there was a problem and whisked me off to the treatment tent very promptly! This is my chance to give something back.

St John’s Ambulance are the charity that steps forward in the moments that matter, to save lives and keep communities safe. They are a market leader in the provision of workplace training, first aid supplies, and event and ambulance services.

It is only with your help that they can continue to help keep communities safe.

This is a very last minute marathon place. I don’t have long to raise vital funds so please if you can donate even just a very small amount I’ll be very grateful.
