My daughter has been suffering from aplastic anaemia for the past year. This is a small charity that helps sufferers and those who care for them. As it is a relatively rare disease it is great to have this support and focus. Most of the staff have had the disease themselves giving them a real understanding of the challenges they face.

From the start of May, and while Sindy continues to receive treatment, I am doing a daily 30 minute fitness challenge (or making up that time by doing extra on other days). It is good for me but hopefully you will then support me in my fundraising. I am raising money for this charity and the Anthony Nolan Trust.
