Every day, Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with a blood cancer or blood disorder. My daughter Sindy, who is suffering from aplastic anaemia, is receiving a stem cell transplant thanks to Anthony Nolan and its work connecting the national and international donor registers. Encouraging more people to become donors, researching the causes of these diseases and administering the donor registers is vital to ensure more people like my daughter can recover.

From the start of May, and while Surinder continues to receive treatment, I am doing a daily 30 minute fitness challenge (or making up that time by doing extra on other days). It is good for me but hopefully you will then support me in my fundraising. I am raising money for this charity and the Aplastic Anaemia Trust.
