So several months ago, I thought it would be a fabulous idea to run the London Marathon with a few friends. However my dear friend of almost 34 years, Lucy, was the only one who successfully obtained a ballot place! So this wonderful charity - the Iolanthe Midwifery Trust - were kind enough to give me a charity place so I could run with my amazing friend, who is also a midwife!!

Lucy and I would love you to support this amazing charity and also give us a wonderful boost for our training and the big day!!

About the Iolanthe Midwifery Trust

Every woman needs a midwife when giving birth and the Iolanthe Midwifery Trust wants midwives to provide the best care they can. Midwives and students can find it hard to get funding for extra training or to create projects or carry out research to improve maternity care.
