I'm celebrating a very big birthday on August 17th! I do love a big party in my honour generally (!) but this year I'm celebrating it away with Neil, Dan and my folks. I'm also trying to catch up with everyone properly at some point on purpose this year!

If you would have come to a party or bought me a birthday pint, I'm really hoping you can dig out a few ££ to support Action Duchenne. We've got two fantastic boys in our extended family with Duchenne, and that's why I want to raise some ££ and some awareness through a little fundraiser. We live far from them but love the times we get together, but it's a devastating diagnosis and a seriously hard road for them, and their immediate family.
