We are approaching the year anniversary of the passing of our beloved Pete. It will be a sad time for Espace as we reflect and remember on what a great man he was.

Pete would often say on walks at lunch that it’s hardly “up the wrekin” so we thought it would be nice to organise a walk marking the anniversary doing that very thing. Meeting on Saturday May 10th to head up the Wrekin near Telford in honour of his memory.

We will continue to raise money for his friend Karen, who earlier in October went up Everest in her own Walk for Pete and plans to do more. This is a about a 40 mins drive from the office for reference, not far off the M54.

When: Saturday May 10th – 9:30am (early birds get the parking spots!)

Parking: Reportedly it is £4 for 12 hours

The Walk: Up the trail from the car park to the top of the Wrekin, according to google will take 45 mins up and 45 mins down for 90 mins in total. It’s a fairly steep elevation walk of 778ft.

There seems to be a café halfway!
