Story

Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support.
Most of my friends are already aware my beloved Aunty & fabulous fairy 🧚 godmother Mandy spent 3 1/2 months in hospital at the wonderful St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London , recently following heart open surgery and subsequent complications
The heart foundation provide so much support to people who are in hospital and also their families not to mention the amazing funding for life-saving and tech technologically advanced research so please help me as I walk 31 miles in May to raise money for this wonderful Cause that is so close to my heart ♥️
This had a huge impact on me on a personal level as she is like a mum to me and a constant source if support and encouragement, if you can afford to donate anything, I would be eternally grateful
Life is fragile, Tomorrow is not promised to any of us life can change in an instant. My wonderful godmother went into hospital on November 12th last year for a relatively straightforward albeit cutting edge procedure to improve the quality of her life , we expected her to be in for 3 to 5 days and she didn’t come out until the middle of February! Everybody’s lives were turned upside down and her life hung in the balance however we still have her and I would love to support this charity and make sure that other people still have their loved ones and technology and procedures can continue to advance!
The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. Thanks!
