Many of you will know that I have been affected by alcohol causing harm to people I love. This is still a difficult topic for most of us to speak about as alcohol is such a big part of many of our lives. As the years go on, I try to be more open about things in the hope that it might help someone else and help those around me to understand. However, I'm no expert and so it is important to try and direct funds and efforts to those that know what they're talking about - so I am fundraising for Alcohol Change UK who help over 400,000 people a year, connecting people to support and information and campaigning for change.
