JW Fitness are going to perform a 24 hour Ski to raise money for Judes Fund on Friday July 28th Midday till Saturday 29th July Midday
However this will now be with a twist.
The original plan was to keep 1 ski going for 24 hours between 3 coaches doing 20 minutes on 40 minutes off.
However John has now decided he would like to see if he could do 200,000 metres himself over 24 hours.
As such we will now have 2 ski ergs working at the same time. one will be Johns aiming for 200,000m in the 24 hours the other will be Anthony and Rachel and a member of the JW Fitness gym performing 20 minutes work 40 minutes rest for 24 hours.
Help us raise money for this incredible charity as well as to help us stick 1 finger up to Cancer, no matter the type.
We invite members of the gym and members of the public to come in and support us as we complete this challenge.
We will have cakes to purchase, as well as other businesses offering services for donations and a raffle.

Jude was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in his right arm when he was 11. Devastatingly, he had many secondary tumours on his lungs. We knew he had a tough fight ahead, but we had hope that if anyone could make it, Jude could.
Judes first symptom was in February 2017, diagnosed officially in April 2017 and he died in February 2018. It is incredibly difficult. Theres a big hole in our lives. He was a lovely boy and we just miss him. He has three younger brothers who are missing their amazing and brave big brother.
When we were thrust into this terrible world of childhood cancer we assumed that Jude would have the very latest treatments available, but we soon realised that for bone cancer, there are no latest treatments. We just want to see the same improvements in outcomes and treatments that there have been found for other cancers, to help other patients diagnosed with bone cancer like Jude. Supporting the work of The Bone Cancer Research Trust means everything to us.
