Hi,

After saying never again! here it goes again. I'm running the London Marathon 2024 and doing the London to Brighton 2024 Bike ride with my son Tyler.

I hate training and being on a bike. So these challenges aren't easy for me, never doing anything half hearted I'm putting the hours in to be ready. Forgetting how many aches and pains I went through last time to be ready on the day.

The charity I'm doing these events for is Jigsaw, where even the smallest donation makes a huge difference.
