I have been working in London for the past 18 months and it never fails to touch my heart when I see people less fortunate than myself who are sleeping on the streets. The numbers seem to be increasing every year and are more wide spread now with most cities and large towns having noticeable numbers of people sleeping under bridges, in doorways and out in the open. While I donate regularly to charities I have this opportunity to raise a more significant amount as part of a team that is taking on the three peaks challenge.

Shelter exists to defend the right to a safe home. Every year, they help millions of people struggling with bad housing or homelessness through advice, support, and legal services. And they campaign to make sure that one day, the right to a home exists for everyone.
