The Drop In is open six days a week where volunteers offer young people a friendly and supportive environment. Volunteers provide emotional support, information or practical advice for those with specific problems such as mental health challenges, employment, money or accommodation. My Pad is a place to learn about healthy eating, making a home and other life skills for independent living. Just Drop-In offers free confidential counselling by appointment, to anyone aged 12-24, Monday to Saturday. Counsellors are trained to listen and find a way to help.
