On the 21st June 2025 I will be taking on the Cotswolds Way Ultra Challenge which includes walking 100 kilometres non-stop to raise vital funds for Dementia UK.

This challenge is not only a test of physical endurance but also a chance to raise awareness and support for individuals and families affected by dementia.

Dementia is a condition that impacts millions of people and their loved ones, and the support Dementia UK provides is invaluable.

Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nursing charity that is there for the whole family, working towards a day where no one has to face dementia alone. Their specialist nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing advice and support, to anyone affected by dementia, whenever it is needed.

Your generous donation will go directly towards funding dementia specialist nurses, training, and services that provide critical support for families in need.
