Story

Supporting better end of life care at the N&N Hospital by raising money for the Pink Poppy fund.

Helping to provide extras such as comfort packs, Memory Boxes and specialist books for children who have a close relative at the end of life, really makes a difference for patients and families being supported by the palliative care team at the N&N Hospital.

Thank you for helping to make a difference.
