I am running my first half marathon to raise money for Maggies cancer care centre. Our local Maggies at Christie’s Hospital in Manchester has been and continues to be a wonderful support for my truly inspirational sister in law who is receiving treatment for glioblastoma where the prognosis is extremely poor . Her strength , determination and fight is remarkable and this is my little way of doing something positive and raising some money for such a good cause ..
