Julie's fundraiser for MND Scotland

Walking in Jo's memory. Walking for a Cure. 🚶♀️💙
This Month, I’m walking 200 kilometres in honour of Jo Knowlton, an incredible young woman whose story, strength, and love of life touched my heart forever. As a Fuze Ceremonies and Fuze Foundation celebrant, I had the privilege of leading Jo’s Celebration of Life Ceremony in December 2024, and I made a promise to keep her legacy shining.
Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is cruel. It takes away voices, movement, independence, until sadly, it takes everything. I'm proud to be part of The Fuze Foundation who has partnered with MND Scotland this year, standing together in the fight for a world free from MND. Every couple who chooses to be married by Fuze Ceremonies and The Fuze Foundation help as a portion of their wedding fee is donated to support these causes.
Every single one of my 200,000 steps I take are for Jo, those living with MND today - For the families who need support - For the future we hope to change. Your donation helps fund vital care, life-changing research, and the fight for a cure.
Let’s do this together. Let’s march in March for hope.
💙 Thank you for your support.
MND Scotland is the only Scottish charity providing care and support to people affected by Motor Neuron Disease (MND), as well as funding research to take us a step closer to a cure.
We want a world without Motor Neuron Disease, so I’m fundraising because I want to help find a cure for this devastating disease.
Sponsoring me will also help MND Scotland to provide practical, financial, and emotional support to people affected by MND.
Thank you!
